Andrew Wodzianski is an interdisciplinary artist working in crocodile tears, puppy dog tails, and magpie chatter. His exploration into falsehood, adolescent nostalgia, and appropriation reflects a fantastical youth with generous sprinkles of reverence and satire. Artworks for Mazes and Maps examine gaming toxicity.
Wodzianski has an MFA from the Hoffberger School of Painting at the Maryland Institute College of Art, and a BSAE from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. A Professor of Studio Art at the College of Southern Maryland, Wodzianski has exhibited and curated nationwide. He lives and works in Washington DC.
